In the hosting world, a control panel is a web-based instrument that will enable you to manage your hosting account through a graphic interface using various tools. Considering that the alternative is to input commands inside a command line, many people prefer to use a control panel to manage their website content. There are many different control panel types and the ease of administration through each one is different, yet the vast majority of tools offer a basic set of services which you will be able to control from a point-and-click interface. For instance working with files and folders, managing e-mail addresses and databases or looking at access and error logs. Several control panels will allow you to do a lot more things too, so when you buy an Internet hosting package, you should check the benefits and drawbacks of the instrument that you will use to control your new account.

Multiple Control Panels in VPS Servers

The VPS server packages that we sell feature as many as three separate control panels to select from and you can select any of them throughout the signup process depending on your preferences and level of experience. Hepsia is the easiest to use one and it will allow you to use a VPS even when you have never had any hosting account before. It is a multifunctional tool through which you'll be able to manage not only your web content, but also support tickets, renewal payments and domain name registrations. With cPanel and DirectAdmin you'll have additional control because you will receive server root access and you’ll be able to make a separate account for each domain that you host, but these two control panels are more difficult to use in comparison with Hepsia and require some experience. Since they have client and reseller levels, they'll also give you the opportunity to launch a reseller business and have clients of your own.

Multiple Control Panels in Dedicated Servers

We offer three different control panels with our dedicated server packages and you will be able to choose any of them during the registration process based on what you plan to use the server for. The Hepsia Control Panel is in-house made and it'll allow you to take care of all your domains in just one place as your whole content will be a single account. What is more, you can manage all of the plan renewal payments, trouble tickets and domain name registrations through exactly the same account, so you won't have to search through different systems. The other two choices, DirectAdmin and cPanel, will enable you to create independent accounts on the web server, which makes them a great choice if you intend to start a reseller business, however they are more challenging to use when compared to Hepsia, so you'll need more technical skills for both of them. A web hosting server configured with either one comes with full root level access, which will give you additional control over the machine.
